Visualising noise
Static FM broadcasts experimental music from a rooftop studio. They wanted an identity that could be heard as much as seen.
A logo that listens
We built a generative logo that reacts to live audio, a broadcast toolkit for their hosts and a series of idents that turn frequencies into typography.
The idents were shortlisted at two international motion festivals and now run across the station’s streams and events.
